Open Reformer is suitable for all clients seeking a blend of traditional and contemporary style Pilates exercises, offering layers and variations with a little more challenge. In this class we use a combination of reformer resistance and Pilates props to give a low impact, full body workout. Our focus in this class is strength and conditioning whilst keeping the Pilates foundations of posture, balance, flexibility and breathe.
This class is suitable for all levels.
