Reformer foundations is the perfect class for new Pilates enthusiasts, pre- and post-natal clients, or those returning from a break. In this class you will be introduced to the reformer, learn about spring resistance and create a base for your Pilates practice. Reformer foundations offer simple flows that form a low impact, full body work out. Our focus in this class is building core strength and improving balance, mobility and flexibility.
