Using our aerial apparatuses and supportive aids such as yoga blocks and bands, you will work through deep stretches, active flexibility drills, and mobility exercises.
This class is perfect for anyone looking to safely and effectively improve their flexibility, whether you are working towards, splits, backbends or simply want to movement more freely.
Suitable for all levels, with modifications provided to support your individual goals.
