Aerial Strength is a conditioning-based class focused on building foundational strength needed for aerial arts. 
Using a variety of aerial apparatuses, you will work through drills and exercises that target core, upper body, and grip strength, while also improving endurance and control in the air.
This class is designed to help you progress in your aerial practice, whether you are just starting out or looking to level up your skills.
All levels welcome, with options to challenge your strength at every stage.
