Aerial Restore is a restorative aerial-based class designed to release tension, improve mobility, and promote full body relaxation. Combining aerial yoga with targeted movement and trigger point release techniques, this class incorporates tools like triggers balls, foam rollers, and resistance bands to ease tight muscles and improve mobility.
With a focus on mindful movement, deep stretching, and spinal decompression using the aerial hammock, you'll leave feeling refreshed, realigned, and rejuvenated.
